Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.14466 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14466 of 2020 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
