Respondent Prayer :-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiararified Mandamus Calling for the records of the respondent relating to G.O.(Valayam) No.206, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (CE1) Department Dt. 19.09.2019 and quash the same as far as the transfer of the petitioner is concerned, and direct the respondent to post the Petitioner in the same post as Joint Registrar/Managing Director, Tiruchirappalli District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Tiruchy until the completion of 3 years from 04.07.2018. ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Seenivasagam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.V.R.
Shanmuganathan, Special Government Pleader on behalf the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Writ petition was allowed on 25.10.2019, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to join as Joint Registrar / Managing Director, Trichy District Central Co-operative Bank, Trichy, forthwith, with a direction to the Registry to post the matter on 08.11.2019, for reporting compliance. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for reporting compliance.
2. Today when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing under the caption for reporting compliance, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that against the order of this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
WP(MD). No.21510 of 2019 dated 25.10.2019 made in W.P.(MD) No.21510 of 2019, the respondents have filed Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD) No.1199 of 2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been accommodated in Trichy itself.
3. The above said submission is recorded and no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.
