Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case charge sheet has been filed and taken cognizance in C.C.No.742 of 2022, on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam and after full trial, all the accused persons have been acquitted by the Judgment, dated 01.03.2023. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
