Seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.177 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent police, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No.174 of 2024 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the Mahila Court, Ramnad and the same was taken on file in Spl.SC.No.58 of 2025. He further submits that the case is posted to 29.08.2025 for the appearance of the accused. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
