ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Court, Srivilliuthur , in S.C.No.119 of 2018, dated 21/02/2023 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal.
2.The petitioner stands convicted and sentenced as under:- Section of Law Sentence of imprisonment Fine amount 302 IPC Life Imprisonment Rs.5,000/-, in default to undergo 6 months RI 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4.The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner.
