This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.19 of 2021 dated 31.08.2021 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and the case was taken on file in C.C.No. 2475 of 2022 and the same is pending.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.09.2023 NCC :
