Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 05.08.2023 vide Na.Ka.No.A1/7014/2023 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service along with backwages within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Salesman working in the TASMAC shop, challenging the order of suspension, dated 05.08.2023. 2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, a charge memo was issued to him on 24.08.2023 and the order of suspension has already been revoked on 27.09.2023.

3.In view of the fact that suspension order has already been cancelled, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. The respondents are directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
