2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.147 of 2023. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13953 of 2023 on 31.07.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 04/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
