consequential direction to the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's Will dated 13.06.2018 forthwith, considering the orders of this Court in WP.No.1084 of 2016 dated 21.11.2017 filed by one M.Indrani. For Petitioner :

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died and the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
