(MD).No.16937 of 2021,dt.1.11.2021 on the file of this Honble Court in Cr.No.45 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANTO PRIINCE G, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16937 of 2021 on 01.11.2021. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16937 of 2021 on 01.11.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
