ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a mandamus directing the respondents to change the survey land records and the revenue records in respect of the property in T.S.Nos.83/1A1 to 83/1A9, Ward C, Block No.5, situated in Aruppukottai Town, by considering his representation dated 13.08.2023.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and the mutations have been carried out in the survey records and the 2/4

revenue records. He has also produced a copy of such mutation, which was furnished to the petitioner's Counsel.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Index :
