PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents to conduct an enquiry U/s.82 and 83 of the Registration Act on the petition made by the petitioner dated 26.06.2023 and consequent representation by way of Legal Notice dated 26.06.2023 made by the petitioner to the fourth respondent relating to the registration of fraudulent General Power of Attorney Deed dated 19.07.2004 bearing Document No.93 of 2004 thereby audaciously stating and showing the petitioner as a dead person though he is well alive by the respondents No.5 to 8.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third and fourth respondents to conduct an enquiry under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act on the petition made by the petitioner dated 26.06.2023 and consequent representation by way of Legal Notice dated 26.06.2023 made by the petitioner to the fourth respondent relating to the registration of fraudulent General Power of Attorney Deed dated 19.07.2004 bearing Document No.93 of 2004 thereby audaciously stating and showing the petitioner as a dead person though he is well alive by the respondents No.5 to 8. 2/5
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the respondents have registered a document stating that the petitioner died, but the petitioner is alive. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to conduct an enquiry under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act.
3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
