O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.288 of 2017 on the file of the respondent No.1 police on the ground that the offences took place on 12.05.2017 and the charge sheet has not been filed even till today. In respect of the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(i) IPC are concerned, there is no limitation even to take cognizance.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet is ready and the same will be filed shortly.

3.Once the investigation is completed, the very purpose of filing this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.
