Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Writ directing Respondents , to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.973/A4/2019 dated 26/02/2021 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission upgrading the petitioners school with classes L.K.G to 8th standard for the academic year 2020-2021 without insisting the land norms within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court .
