This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur, Trichy District.

2. Since this Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioners is only for speedy disposal of the suit, notice for the respondent is not required and is therefore dispensed with. Therefore, this case is taken up for final disposal.
3. The above suit in O.S.No.141 of 2018 was filed by the respondent/plaintiff for permanent injunction restraining the petitioners/defendants, their men, agents, servants, persons claiming right over the suit property under them from in any way interfering with the respondent's/plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property.
4. It is submitted that the after filing the suit, the petitioners/defendants appeared before the Trial Court and filed Vakalath. The suit is adjourned on various dates without proper reason. It is submitted that the suit is pending for more than 5 years, however, the respondent/plaintiff is getting adjournment periodically and at the same time, he occupy the defendants' property.
5. It is submitted that the respondent/plaintiff is dragging on the proceedings with ulterior motive and to prevent the petitioners/defendants to enter into the suit property. Therefore, the petitioners/defendants were Page No. 2 of 4
constrained to approach this Court for early disposal of the suit on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur, Trichy District.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif, Thuraiyur, Trichy District is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2018 on merits, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, expeditiously, within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
