Commission formula and for fixing the Bank Officer's salary after giving the weightage for the intervening period to take effect from 01.11.2017 and with the proportionately higher pay for officers over and above that minimum wage also in light of the Office Memorandum No.19/4/2017 Welfare, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, New Delhi dated 06.12.2017 by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 05.10.2019.
