The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the first respondent. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

Side) submitted that a complaint against the petitioner was pending in Karaikudi North Police Station and that same appears to have been enquired into and closed. As on date, no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
