This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents not to demolish the petitioner's house made in Old Survey No.18/4, New Survey No.27/33, measuring an extent of 1277 sa.ft., in patta No.447, situated at 72, Parasurampatti Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai.

2.Heard Mr.P.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.V.P.M.Vaishnavi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.21534 of 2019 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that to expand the road from Koodal Nagar Radio Station to the M.G.R Bus Stand, the land was acquired by the respondents. The said project has now been completed. He further submitted that the petitioner's land is not required for the aforesaid purpose. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
