Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the unilaterally executed cancellation deeds both dated 31.10.2002 registered in Document Nos.974/2002 and 975/2002, on the file of the 2nd respondent, as well as impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.4539/E2/2017 dated 08.01.2018 and quash the same as illegal and unsustainable under law and Consequently direct the 1st respondent to remove the entries relating unilateral cancellation of settlement deed executed by the 2nd respondent in Document No.975/2002 dated 31.10.2002 in the encumbrance certificate of the property in Sy.No.546 at Mayiladum Parai Village, Theni District, measuring an extent of 1700 Sp.Fts.
