Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the photographs which indicate that all is not well with the petitioner. However, I do not want to express any further opinion. If the petitioner wants the respondent police to register an FIR, she can move the jurisdictional Magistrate Court for appropriate relief. Leaving open all her contentions, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. If the petitioner files any petition against the private respondents before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
