ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This Court recorded the Joint Memo of Compromise presented by the appellant and the respondents 2 to 5 and had disposed of the appeal suit by judgment dated 23.10.2025 in accordance with the Joint Memo of Compromise. In this Joint Memo of Compromise, it has also been agreed by the parties that Ex.A2 and Ex.A4 which had been filed by the plaintiff/appellant in O.S.No.18 of 2004 shall be returned to the respondents/defendants.

2.This memo has now been presented seeking return of two documents namely Ex.A2 which is sale deed dated 01.11.1974 and Ex.A4 which is sale deed dated 06.12.1976. Additionally, in the memo, request is also placed for return of Ex.B5 which is sale deed dated 10.06.1998 and Ex.B7 which is sale deed dated 24.11.1976. The exhibits B5 and B7 had been filed by the respondents in the appeal. The Joint Memo of Compromise has been effected and parties agreed, particularly, the respondents/defendants, the documents filed by the respondents could be handed over to them.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant is also present.

4. The said memo is recorded. Registry is directed to return the Ex.A2, Ex.A4, Ex.B5 and Ex.B7 and substituted true copies of the same may be retained in the Court records after getting necessary acknowledgment from the learned counsel for the respondents.
