ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner alleges that the fourth respondent is harassing her family and that therefore, departmental action should be taken against the fourth respondent. In this regard, she has also given a representation dated 23.09.2022. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader would point out that the petitioner's husband is an accused in NDPS case and that therefore, the legal action taken by the third respondent is being given a different colour. 4.Be that as it may, whether to take action against the fourth respondent or not is a matter that is left entirely to the discretion of the second respondent. 2/4

It is not for this Court to issue positive direction. Leaving it open to the second respondent discretion to decide on the course of action to be taken, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
