For Respondent : Mr.S.S.Madhavan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 1135 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 366 IPC in Crime No.1135 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners had threatened the defacto complainant to marry A1. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seek for grant of anticipatory bail for the petitioners.

CRL OP(MD). No.19129 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is not yet completed and that the statement was recorded from the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C and she has specifically mentioned about the presence of the present petitioners.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also the facts that the investigation is pending, as stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 03/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
