528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file final report in the case in Crime No.278 of 2022 dated 21.05.2022 pending on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report yesterday (10.09.2024) before the jurisdictional Court through e-filing and he has also produced the copy of the final report.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
