ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to not to harass the petitioner. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that they will dispose of the pending CSR in CSR No.1109 of 2022 within two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The Respondents 1 and 2 are also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
