ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that they have not received any instructions from the client. A perusal of the revision petition indicates that, it is filed to challenging the dismissal of an application for interim injunction. The suit is of the year 2016. For the past eight years, the petitioners are not enjoying any interim orders. No purpose would be served in deciding the issue on merits at this length of time. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
