Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in O.Mu.No.5875/2019/C4, dated 26.04.2019 and quash the same and also call for the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Moo.Mu.5630/2018/C4, dated 02.11.2018 and quash the same insofaras paragraph 2 is concerned and direct the 2nd respondent to renew the petitioner's licence from 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020. ORDER

This writ petition is filed as against the order dated 26.04.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent, rejecting the request of the petitioner for renewal of cracker licence.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the landlord has 2/4

already sold the property to a third party and the petitioner has closed the business and vacated the premises. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
