O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 herein to issue the House Site Patta to petitioner with regard to the petitioner's House Property in Door No. 12/149 situated at Survey No. 574/4 to an extent of 3 cents, Ellaiparaipatti, Nagaiyakottai village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on her representation dated 05.09.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

3. Seeking house site patta, the petitioner sent a representation to the official respondents. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2/5

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the 4th respondent within a period of sixteen weeks.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law by hearing all the parties and also by conducting enquiry. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if there are any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of civil court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
