Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents Nos.1 to 7 to take appropriate steps to prohibit the 8th respondent from conducting election for their society Ayira Vysya Samooga Nala Sangam, Paramakudi, scheduled on 13.10.2019 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to implement the prohibitory order under Section 144 of Cr.P.C., dated 09.09.2019 without any discrimination and direct the 8th respondent to conduct election after 31.10.2019 and pass such further or other orders.
