Oo.Mu.No.1006/Aa3/2023 dated 18.06.2024 and quash the same as illegal and further directing the 4th respondent herein to accord prior permission to fill up the post of Office Assistant and release the grant in aid to the Ramaswamy Pillai Higher Secondary School, Ilanji, Tenkasi District within a time stipulated by this Court.
