The present writ petition has been filed seeking to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2023 has already been considered and order has also been passed on 30.08.2023 rejecting the petitioner's request.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent, dated 30.08.2023. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
