This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the District Social Welfare Officer's report dated 11.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the police after conducting investigation, laid a final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil in C.C.No.77/2022 and the case now stands posted for trial.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
