PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent directing the second respondent to consider the Petitioner's application in Application No.02556, dated 5.12.2017 for the post of Salesman. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent directing the second respondent to consider the Petitioner's application in Application No.02556, dated 5.12.2017 for the post of Salesman. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that though the Petitioner was served as a temporary employee in the respondent/institution, they have not given weightage mark and has not selected him for the post of Salesman. 2/5

3.The said contention was totally denied by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stating that the Petitioner did not secure the minimum cutoff mark and the selected candidates namely, the respondents 4 and 5 have secured 22 marks and 21 marks respectively, whereas, the Petitioner has secured only 15 marks.

4.In view of the above submission, it is clear that the Petitioner has not come within the zone of consideration and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
