Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's father / detenu, namely K.Narayanan (aged 55 years), S/o.Kandhaswamy, before this Court and set him at liberty.

This petition was filed by the daughter to produce her father, who went missing from 15.09.2022 onwards.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was present before this Court and he stated that he went to a temple and he was not able to get in touch with his daughter. He also stated that he will go along with his daughter.

3. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
