This Criminal Revision Case filed under section 438 r/w 442 of BNSS, praying this court, to call for the records relating to the order of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam in Crl.M.P.No.93/2025 dated. 05.04.2025 filed by the petitioner U/s.497 of BNSS and set aside the same as illegal and entrust the custody of the vehicle to the petitioner.

ORDER:-

This Criminal Revision Case coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.C.Maniyarasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M. Sakthi Kumar, Govt Advocate (Crl Side) for the first respondent and Mr.C.Prithiviraj, Advocate for second respondent, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed to to modify the condition (c) imposed in Crl.R.C(MD)No.714 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025 by this Court.

2. Considering the request of the petitioner, condition (c) of the order, dated 14.07.2025 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.714 of 2025 is modified as follows:

"9. ....(c) the petitioner shall deposit the original Registration Certificate before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam."

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered."
