ORDER

Seeking to issue a patta in respect of natham land where the petitioner claims that she has been in possession for over 40 years and which was comprised in Survey No.400/36 at Kathaiyan Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 01.03.2024. The same has not yet been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the request made by the petitioner, a mandamus is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.03.2024 and pass orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
