ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order of return passed in Cr.M.P.No....... of 2022 on the file of the I Additional Principal District Court (PCR), Trichy, dated 14.09.2022. 2.The I Additional Principal District Court (PCR), Trichy, has returned the petition that was filed by the petitioner under Section 457 r/w 451 Cr.P.C., seeking return of vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN-48-BD-1575 (TVS Scooty Pep+) on the ground that final report has not yet filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the property has been produced before the concerned Court and also remanded in RP.No.40 of 2022 .

4.Since the property has also been remanded, there shall be a direction to the I Additional Principal District Court (PCR), Trichy, to entertain the petition, that was filed by the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
