[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the impugned possession order dated 27.07.2022 issued by the respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner approached the respondent - Bank and submitted OTS proposal, which is under consideration by the respondent bank.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the respondent - Bank to pass orders on the OTS proposal submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
