2. This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.193 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reiterated all the contentions set out in the memorandum of grounds.

5. Leaving open all the contentions and the defences of the petitioner, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
