This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry in connection with the petitioner's complaint, dated 10.07.2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that now both the petitioner/husband and the third respondent/wife are living together and the complaint given by the petitioner is also closed.

3. In the above circumstances, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
