ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Sub Judge, Devakottai, to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2021 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2021 before the learned Principal Sub Judge, Devakottai, seeking divorce, against the respondent herein.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Devakottai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2021 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Devakottai, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.
