3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10759 of 2022, dated 17.06.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) to the credit of District Mineral Foundation Trust, Ramanathapuram. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. The time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
