[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.10427/2017/D3, dated 23.09.2019, before the appellate authority. The learned Counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
