Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KUMARAVEL K, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.8731 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13891 of 2021 on 26.10.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, and it was taken on file in P.R.C.No.21 of 2021 and the petitioner has also appeared before the committal Court. 3.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.8731 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13891 of 2021 on 26.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
