O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that third respondent has given a complaint of rape. Based on this, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.54 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 417, 376 and 506(i) of IPC. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily seek relief elsewhere.
