ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "To direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to practice Indigenous Medicine, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22-08-2019 in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Court."
2. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 22.08.2019 to the 1st respondent seeking permission to allow him to practice Indigenous Medicine. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.
4. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.08.2019 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. The said exercise shall
be completed within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
