PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-deploy the petitioner in the presently available vacancies to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in Nilakottai Union in accordance with condition No.6 in the order of deployment dated 30.08.2019 passed by the respondent No.1 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.11.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.
