JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.The appellant herein was working as Assistant Professor in the fifth respondent college. The college terminated him vide order dated 30.03.2017. Challenging the same, the appellant filed W.P(MD)No.10774 of 2017. During the pendency of the writ petition, for the sake of survival, the appellant appears to have joined another institution. Taking note of this subsequent development, the learned single Judge felt that nothing survives for further adjudication and accordingly the writ petition was closed. Challenging the same, this Writ Appeal has been filed.

3.It appears that the appellant is still having some grievance against the respondents 4 and 5, the College as well as the Tuticorin Diocese which is administering the said college. The appellant appears to have issued a legal notice against them. It is open to the appellant to pursue his remedy against them. As and when any such proceeding is taken, the same will be decided on its own merits.

4.This Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
