ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint and has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take action on his complaint.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has directly lodged the complaint before the first respondent, which was forwarded to the second respondent for necessary action. The second respondent conducted the enquiry and closed the same on 03.06.2025. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known law. No costs.
