RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 15413 of 2021, dated 25.10.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIKANDAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to pandemic situation and total lock down, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15413 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15413 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
